Project Elevate

Challenge

A startup tech company had grown quickly, and didn’t have the systems, tools, processes, or vision needed to scale. Employees were frustrated, delivery was suffering, and growth was blocked.

Solution

I led a series of workshops with a 25-person cross-functional group to define the ideal business state across systems, sales, innovation, people, and brand. Once the vision was set, I directed working groups that followed a Design Thinking process to develop prioritized actions, which was delivered to the C-suite for implementation.

Result

The team was more engaged with the company vision and understood the risks and opportunities to unblock progress, which was empowering. Leadership translated recommendations into the strategic plan. Managers and learned new methods for decision-making and grew as leaders.
